Fact-finding in Nineveh delivers its report to Parliament within 48 hours

The parliamentary [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/63074/%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%B5%D9%8A %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%A6%D9%82]fact-finding[/url] committee in the province of Nineveh, near the delivery of its report to the Presidency of the House of Representatives, while pointing to the involvement of figures known corruption.
The committee member Thabet Said, said that "the Committee completed the final stages of its report entrusted with the preparation after the disclosure of files of serious corruption documented with evidence and communications," stressing that "its report will be submitted to the presidency of parliament during the next two days."
Said said that "there are the names of officials and influential political figures involved in the files of serious corruption," refusing to disclose the same names. "
The Commission for fact-finding in the province of Nineveh, last week, demanded Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to withdraw the hand of the governor of Nineveh Nofal Akub and prevent him from traveling, in anticipation of any impact on the integrity of the committees and judicial bodies investigating him.
