    The local administration in Wasit announced the implementation of 57 service projects, which were suspended from work, within the provincial development budget for 2019.

    He explained that "the province's administration has decided to proceed to complete the implementation of 57 projects stopped, including the streets of various districts in the provinces of Essaouira, Azizia, Nu'maniyah and the neighborhood at a cost of eight billion dinars and the implementation of the bridge Zubaidia at a cost of nine billion and 133 million dinars and the development of the Gulf and Unity and the entrance of the northern city of Kut, As well as the construction of an industrial district in the district of Nu'maniyah within the first phase at a cost of seven billion and 31 million dinars and the rehabilitation of electric bridges in the textile street in Kut at a cost of 200 million dinars and the design and implementation of a bridge on the river Gharraf in the area of ​​Muwafaqi at a cost of four billion And 655 million dinars, and the construction of two schools capacity of each of them with a description of 18 multi-purpose halls and school capacity of 12 classes in the district of Essaouira, at a cost of three billion and 517 million dinars and 12 classes in the school district Rahmaniyah capacity at a cost of 851 million dinars. "
    Al-Mayahi added that "the projects also included rehabilitating the roads of Kamil bin Ziyad School and Sais School in Wassit area at a cost of two billion and 836 million dinars and developing the Prince Al-Baalal district of electricity, water and communications in Badra district at a cost of two billion and 250 million dinars. In the district of al-Ghadir in the area of ​​Mufakia cost of one billion dinars and the establishment of a park in the district of the neighborhood and a sports arena at a cost of 903 million dinars. "
    He added that the projects also included the study of the design of sewage networks and treatment plants in the areas of Jassan, Dabouni, Wasit, Shuhaimia and Al-Ahrar at a cost of 250 million dinars and the construction of the Husseiniya bridge on the Tigris River at a cost of 20 billion dinars, housing complexes and low cost to housing the poor with the delivery of basic services in areas of Wasit, 23 billion dinars.
    The Governor of Wasit that the local administration of the province ended the formation of a service services to work on the resumption of all educational projects stalled and slow and set a period of six months to implement all what is required of the new body.
