On Monday, the alliance announced the existence of a defect in the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives to prevent the separation of deputies who continue to absent and those who have not been sworn in so far, revealing the search for amendments to the system to prevent repeat mistakes in future sessions.
"Many MPs have not attended the sessions of parliament since its date until today, as well as the presence of deputies who have not been sworn in so far."
He added that "the presidency of the parliament only imposed fines for the deduction of one million dinars for each day absent but did not find useful," noting that "there is a defect in the rules of procedure prevents their separation from the parliamentary session."
He explained that "the coalition intends to submit amendments to the rules of procedure under which the separation of the continuing MP absent from meetings and deputies who refuse to take the constitutional oath within the next sessions."
