{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} The victory coalition confirmed its previously stated position by rejecting the abhorrent party quotas for the general managers and special grades file.
"We announce to the public opinion that the Council of Ministers intends tomorrow (Tuesday) to adopt the first meal of directors-general to approve, and here we renew our rejection of the steps that devote quotas, and bears the Council of Ministers and political forces full responsibility."
He added that "any resolution of this file according to the basis of quotas is a rebellion on the basis of sound construction of the state, and the commandments of the Supreme Religious Reference, and the rights of the people and efficiency in public service sites."
He pointed out that "the victory coalition announced and declares its refusal to manage and resolve this file in the current way, and calls for the empowerment of national standards and competencies to gain positions of service in the state and we support the adoption of positions in light of the correct professional standards."
