Iran: More than half of our exports go to neighboring countries

Minister of Trade and Industry Rida Rahmani said on Monday that neighboring countries import 54 percent of Iranian goods exports.
"Trade possibilities between Iran and neighboring countries facilitate the process of raising the volume of exports to these countries," Rahmani was quoted as saying by the Fars news agency during a coordination meeting.
"His visit to Pakistan is aimed at increasing the trade and economic volume of the current 1.3 billion dollars," he said, adding that "powers will be granted to the border provinces in order to stimulate Iranian trade relations with neighboring countries."
