[rtl]The MP of the Sadikon bloc Uday Awad, on Thursday, an initiative consisting of 12 points out of the current crisis in the country, including the dismissal of the government headed by Adel Abdul Mahdi.[/rtl]





[rtl]Awad said in a statement received by "tomorrow," a copy of it, that "the solution of the so-called (crisis), which is not a crisis, but the demand of the people for reform can be achieved easily and summarize some of the following points:[/rtl]



[rtl] 1. All political parties must relinquish their positions and privileges. It is unreasonable to hold 16 years of corruption and mismanagement against a prime minister who has been in power for one year.[/rtl]



[rtl] 2. Amending the Constitution in accordance with the requirements of the people and putting it to a vote within a period not exceeding one month.[/rtl]



[rtl] 3 - Although Abdul-Mahdi and his government does not bear the legacies of previous governments, but the logic obliges us to end its work and the formation of a new government without quotas and far from nominating parties.[/rtl]



[rtl] 4 - call for early elections to the House of Representatives and the governors if the vote on the amendment of the Constitution to be the reduction of members of the House of Representatives for the quarter and the abolition of provincial councils and districts and districts final and the election of the governor directly from the people and elected governor appointed directors of the districts and districts.[/rtl]



[rtl] 5 - The Ministry of Interior, Defense and other security services to withdraw all protection personnel from officials of whatever degree and enough of wasting billions of people's money.[/rtl]



[rtl] 6 - not to nominate dual nationality for any government position, however large or small, even if the degree of an employee, except in the case of dispensing with the other nationality.[/rtl]



[rtl] 7 - give the budget and powers of the provinces as they give to the region.[/rtl]



[rtl] 8. Cancellation of all pensions for parliamentarians, presidents and the like.[/rtl]

[rtl] 12 - There are many points must be listened to and applied by all to know that the Iraqi people did not come out for revenge or sabotage, but came out demanding a country free of corruption, nepotism and partisan and we have elected representatives before him to meet their demands if we represent them.[/rtl]
