Iran denies disturbances, riots or attacks on gas stations

The company said conditions at the gas stations were normal and the new plan was proceeding properly without any major accidents.
The company accused opposition satellite channels of broadcasting fabricated films and pictures, adding that it seeks to cause chaos and unrest in the country.
An informed source in the Iranian Interior Ministry told ISNA news agency that there were no disturbances, riots or attacks on gas stations in the country. After the spread of videos on social media indicate the outbreak of protests in different provinces last night in response to the government's decision to raise fuel prices.
The source at the Ministry of Interior said that according to the information we have and the accurate news we have from all provinces, we have not received any reports that there are gatherings or riots or set fire to gas stations at any point of the country.
The source added that social media reports of attacks on gas stations in the provinces of Isfahan, East Azerbaijan, Khuzestan and other parts of the country were untrue and were published by users from outside the country on Twitter in order to incite the Iranian people and drag the country into chaos.
