Allawi: There is no democracy in Iraq, but successive dictatorships

President of the National Coalition, Iyad Allawi, affirmed that there is no democracy in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] but successive dictatorships.
He said in a television interview that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] governed by quotas and components.
He added that the political process in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] based on quotas, marginalization, exclusion and eradication.
He made it clear that the reform should target the political structure that was based on deception.
He pointed out that the constitution was written quickly and was no longer valid in light of the current crises, and that it should be reviewed in a way that guarantees the right to citizenship based on justice and equality.
Allawi revealed that the International Criminal Court began a move to try a number of Iraqi officials for the crimes they committed against the Iraqi people.
