Parliamentary law clarifies the reasons for postponing the vote on the civil service law

Member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Hussein Al-Aqabi, stated on Friday that the civil service law needs an in-depth study as it will repeal all previous laws over the past 90 years, pointing out that the postponement of the vote came in order to formulate it well that meets the requirements of the stage.

And he stated that "the new law needs an in-depth study, as it will repeal all previous laws over the past 90 years," noting that "the law has been with the Finance Committee since the previous parliamentary session, but it is within the jurisdiction of the Legal Committee, not Finance, since it regulates legal centers and an administrative and functional structure." In state institutions and therefore it is within the jurisdiction of the Legal Committee. ” 25 n ended
