Al-Tamimi: Imprisonment of up to 10 years and a fine for every obstetrician who does not abide by the instructions

On Monday, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi said that the law punishes imprisonment of up to 10 years for every obstetrician who violates the instructions and works with bribery, pointing out that the punishment is accompanied by a financial fine for anyone who violates the instructions of the government.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to “The Information”, “The Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 was clear and explicit in the penalty for violating the instructions and orders in Article 240 of the Penal Code, where he is punished with imprisonment for a period of 6 months and with high fines that amount to more than one million dinars whoever violates Governmental Instructions.
He added that "economic laws can be applied to owners of generators who violate the government's instructions, as their violations affect the economy of the country, but Article 240 is a gateway to take legal measures against violators."
And that "the violation of the owners of the generators for the specified price leads to the disruption of the security and economic situation, and this needs to be hit with an iron hand towards the greed of the owners of the generators and those who help them from the electricity circles as this is a bribe."
He explained that "the punishment of the briber, the bribe-bearer and the mediator according to Article 307 of the Penal Code, so that the owner of the generator can be punished in accordance with the aforementioned article and Resolution 160 with imprisonment for a period of 10 years, especially if raising the price of the ampere to more than its normal level is terrorism and it must be held accountable." 25 n ended
