The High Commission confirms its readiness to hold early elections

The Independent High Electoral [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] confirmed its willingness to hold early elections.
She stated in a statement that she “works with every effort in preparation for the early elections to the House of Representatives according to international standards, inferred by the administrative, technical and operational capabilities it possesses, with the assistance of the United Nations.”
Indicating that, pending the enactment of the election law and the tables attached to it, which determine the electoral districts and the number of seats for each constituency in addition to allocating the electoral budget.
She added that, the conduct of the elections passes in several stages according to the operational schedule, starting from the stage of voter registration, updating and preparing the voter register, printing and distributing the electronic voter card for registered registrars, and preparing lists of political parties and organizations while opening the door for registering candidates for the elections,
Providing electronic verification kits, electronic counting and counting equipment, and software for announcing results, as well as preparing printed publications including ballot paper, settlement forms, results, voter registry, preparing materials used at the level of a registration center, polling center, and preparing for contracts and contracting for what elections need.
This requires effort and time starting from the date of enacting the election law and its annexes and allocating the electoral financial budget. ”
