Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Cougar, said, Thursday, that the House of Representatives will proceed with the approval of the Federal Court law, and there are no indications so far of the inclusion of the budget law in today's session.
Cougar added in a press interview, "Baghdad and Erbil have not yet reached a specific agreement regarding passing the budget, so it is unlikely that the budget will be included in today's session," noting that "the Kurdistan region is awaiting the approval of the political forces in Baghdad regarding the passage of the budget."
He explained that "the Parliamentary Finance Committee completed all the amendments to the budget a month ago and is ready to vote, but today's session will be the passage of the amendment of the Federal Court law according to the schedule."
