     On Friday, the Parliamentary Communications Committee discussed the possibility of reducing Internet prices in Iraq. 
    The head of the committee, Naim Al-Aboudi, said in a statement to the official agency followed by Al-Nour News that “the committee discussed with the Ministry of Communications a mechanism for reducing internet fees, as there is a need for transparency in this matter,” pointing out that “some regulatory agencies refuse to have a reduction, because the revenues will be reduced. With regard to state resources ”. 
    In a separate context, Al-Aboudi referred to "the existence of demands regarding the reduction of the dollar exchange rate," stressing, "raising a letter to the Finance Committee and to the Presidency of Parliament, to re-address the government to consider reducing the dollar exchange rate and supporting the poor."
