    On Monday, the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyad, issued a statement marking the seventh anniversary of the issuance of the Fatwa for the Effective Jihad and the founding of the Popular Mobilization Forces, stressing that the mobilization strategy is based on facing all difficulties and challenges .
    The following is the text of the statement :
    He will never forget that great day, and the memory of the Iraqis who fill hearts with pride and violence and eyes with tears of joy and victory will never forget that great day, and it was a difficult day and a difficult test for a people whose history is great epics and challenges. With this, their illusions, and those who supported them with money and weapons, were to grant the land and honor and set up on this pure soil the emirate of slaughter and backwardness. And excited by the people of the people a sumptuous legacy of Karbala Al-Hussein, the black arms had their word, and the hearts that did not fear death had their reach, until the whole world was astonished by legendary heroes who wrote with letters of light that is the most important victory in the contemporary history of Iraq .
    It was not a coincidence that the launch of the great fatwa coincides with the anniversary of the birth of the savior of humanity and its hope, Imam Mahdi, may God Almighty hasten his honorable return, but rather a divine message that this people enjoys the blessing of heaven and the protection of the one who has the command, who will start from here to achieve the project of divine justice in the world .
    O Loyal Iraqis :
    As we remember this dear occasion, our hearts are tinged with grief for the loss of the leaders of victory who instilled this great gift and cheapened everything they possessed so that the flag of Iraq would rise with pride and dignity. We remember them with great pride and great pride, and we also remember all our righteous martyrs who threw themselves into the whims of war and whose pure blood mourned the laughter of children and hopes for the future .
    Your crowd always renews the covenant to God and to the rational patriarchal reference that has the merit and fatwa, and for the nation, the people and the government to remain on the covenant, a loyal soldier in all fields of war and peace. In addition to the role of the popular crowd in the fronts and barriers, your sons are now assuming the roles of providing services and contributing with all state agencies and institutions in order to build and face all difficulties and challenges, and it is a strategy and approach that we follow in coordination with all state institutions to raise and flourish our beloved Iraq and its patient people.
