    He adds that "other conditions of the golden square, in addition to the areas of the houses, is that the width of the sidewalk in front of the house is not less than 3 meters, and that the width of the street is not less than 15 meters," in addition to "the cultural and social level of the population, and the absence of a culture of clan segregation and bird breeders. On the roofs of houses, far from any popular market, and there are no shops within the homes, "which are conditions that rarely meet in an area of ​​the capital Baghdad at the present time, according to Muhammad.
    The origin of the name may relate to the "safe haven" of the American forces!
