An informed political source revealed, on Sunday, the formation of a new "Sunni" political coalition headed by Khamis Al-Khanjar, in preparation for the upcoming legislative elections.
The source indicated, in an interview with / Mawazine News /, that "Sunni personalities, parties and political forces announced the formation of the" determination "coalition, which includes Khaled al-Ubaidi, Salim al-Jubouri, Salah Muzahim al-Jubouri, Muthanna al-Samarrai, Muhammad al-Karbouli, Jamal al-Karbouli, Rakan al-Jubouri. Salman Al-Lahibi, Muhammad Nuri Al-Abed Rabbo, Qutaiba Al-Jubouri, and other personalities, in preparation for the legislative elections scheduled to take place next October. "
He explained that "the coalition unanimously elected the Secretary-General of the Arab Project Party, Khamis Al-Khanjar, as head of the new alliance," indicating that "this alliance will enter the conflict with Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and his bloc supporting him, in the competition for seats in the liberated provinces."
