The Iraqi President, Barham Salih, the Jordanian monarch, King Abdullah II, and the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, exchanged congratulations on Monday on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan.
The official Kuwait News Agency "KUNA" stated that "the country's Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a phone call this evening from his brother President Barham Salih, the president of the brotherly Republic of Iraq, during which he exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan."
Kuna added, "The Prince expressed his wishes that God would restore this blessed month to the two brotherly countries and the two generous peoples, and to the Arab and Islamic nations with abundant goodness, Yemen and blessings."
On his part, Barham Salih expressed his "wishes for good health and well-being to the Emir of Kuwait and the State of Kuwait, and further progress and prosperity under the wise leadership of the Emir."
For his part, the Jordanian Royal Court said, in a statement, according to the Jordanian News Agency, "Petra", that "King Abdullah II exchanged during telephone calls today, Monday, congratulations on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan with Iraqi President Barham Salih and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa." King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, and Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
The statement added, "On this occasion, he exchanged congratulations with Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain."
