[size=45]On Wednesday, the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyad, announced that the Ministerial Council for National Security had approved registration plates and uniforms for the crowd.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Fayyadh said in a brief statement, “The Popular Mobilization is in the stage of consolidating its establishment, infrastructure and administrative structures, and the consolidation of its administrative organization, provided that it does not lose its jihad and volunteer spirit.”[/size]
[size=45]He explained, "We submitted a proposal to the National Security Council, and it was approved to have registration plates for the crowd in special colors and a special uniform, like the rest of the security and military formations."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Fayyad added, "The current obstacle is the budget, but we will start with these matters in successive steps, to crystallize the character of the crowd and prevent violations and fraud."[/size]
