Legal expert Raqiah Al-Khazali confirmed, on Saturday, that the caretaker government cannot send any bill to the House of Representatives, indicating that sending the budget law is an exclusive right for the next government.
Khazali said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "talking about justifications for accepting the sending of the budget by the caretaker government are justifications for a new constitutional and legal violation."
She added, "The current government, as a caretaker, has no right to send any draft or bill to the House of Representatives until a government capable of adopting a new policy is elected."
Khazali indicated that "the law is clear and that the next government is obligated to present an economic and social vision different from its predecessor to improve the situation, and this right can never be confiscated." finished/25 d
