[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / Minister of Justice Khaled Shawani stressed the need to develop real estate investment mechanisms to achieve higher returns, while stressing the importance of cooperation with relevant authorities to ensure effective and sustainable investment of properties.
The ministry stated in a statement that "Minister of Justice, Khaled Shawani, chaired today the second session of the Minors Care Council for the year 2024, in the presence of council members to discuss developments in work related to real estate belonging to the Minors Fund."
It added that "the session witnessed a review of the measures taken to develop these properties and enhance the profit rates achieved from them in a way that serves the interests of minors and guarantees their rights."
The Minister of Justice stressed during the session "the need to develop real estate investment mechanisms to achieve higher returns." He directed the referral of some properties whose investment nature is to be changed to the Ministerial Council for Social Services to consider proposals that are in line with the ministry's directions, stressing "the importance of cooperation with relevant authorities to ensure effective and sustainable investment of these properties." / End 11 [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][/rtl]
