The former member of the House of Representatives, Abdul Hadi Al-Saadawi, confirmed, on Sunday, that the decision of the Federal Court of unconstitutionality of oil and gas in the Kurdistan region has become binding application by the current and future Prime Minister, while he called on political forces to stay away from courtesies with the regional government.
Al-Saadawi said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", "The decisions of the Federal Supreme Court are final and binding, and they should not be captive to political conflicts."
He added that "political courtesies with Kurdistan are totally rejected," noting that "the decisions of the Federal Court of unconstitutionality of oil exports are binding on all parties, including the next prime minister."
Al-Saadawi pointed out that "the region, which monopolizes the money from the region's oil revenues, in light of the opacity and lack of transparency."
