Earth News/ Today, Wednesday, Representative Sajjad Hussein sent a letter to the Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, regarding the holders of certificates and the first students.
According to the book received by "Earth News", the representative requested "to complete the appointment procedures for holders of higher degrees and the first included in the federal budget for 2021."
