    Earth News/ The leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Mueen Al-Kazemi, confirmed today, Saturday, that there is no need to form a new government if the Food Security Law is passed in Parliament.
    Al-Kazemi said in an interview with Earth News, "The emergency food security law presented by the caretaker government to the House of Representatives for approval through its address is understood as allocating funds to pay the necessary food dues to the people, such as securing the ration card, paying farmers' dues of wheat and barley, and paying electricity debts to secure energy during the summer.
    Al-Kazemi added that "these addresses need 10 trillion Iraqi dinars, while the government presented this budget with thirty-five trillion dinars, which also included, without the issue of food, the development of regions and governorates, a budget for reconstruction, including Kurdistan, the payment of debts to oil companies, and the payment of amounts for new projects."
    Al-Kazemi continued, "This means that the tripartite coalition wants the caretaker government to continue for an indefinite period," wondering, "If the caretaker government has the authority to present a plan of thirty-five trillion, why does not present the budget for the year 2022 in full, which is a hundred trillion to be approved by the House of Representatives completely fundamentalist?”
    Al-Kazemi indicated that “in the event that this law is passed under the title of food security, with thirty-five trillion dollars, which means that at the same time and in the same way, the House of Representatives will later present another law with thirty-five trillion dollars. This situation continues for this government.”
    Al-Kazemi stressed that "the Al-Fateh coalition and the coordination framework refuse to vote on a bill aimed at circumventing the law and the validity and wasting money under the title of food security that takes place through deals and agreements between partners."
