Today, Monday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi issued a directive to contract with advanced companies regarding the Dari project.
A spokesman for the General Secretariat, Haider Majid, said, "According to the directives of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, the Ministry of Construction and Housing has been assigned to contract with developers and investment companies to establish the infrastructure that was allocated for the Dari project," noting that "the companies will work on infrastructure and services with regard to sewage, electricity and all What the citizen needs to live in this project.
Majid added, "The banks will provide soft loans to citizens to force them to encourage them to build housing units in support of the housing initiative launched by the Prime Minister."
And the Prime Minister's Adviser for Construction and Housing Affairs, Sabah Abdul Latif, announced earlier, the imminent distribution of land bonds within the Dari project.
Earlier, the Council of Ministers voted on the mechanism for distributing residential lands in accordance with the (Dari) initiative, while Minister of Planning Khaled Battal indicated that loans from government banks will be provided to citizens covered by residential lands.
