    The statement noted, "there was a mismatch in visions between the parties about the need to expedite the formation of the government, and the need to address the tragic situation, and work to create conditions for the return of displaced persons to their towns, and villages."

    The statement stressed that the negotiators of the two delegations agreed on the continuation of meetings on a daily basis to reach a final agreement.
