    As for Karim Hassan al-Jubouri, a tribal figure, he pointed out that “the role of sovereignty is very weak in Diyala, especially in supporting efforts to support stability, stressing that Sherwin is a living example of the coalition policy’s confusion and neglect of its file, so that his deputies did not visit any of the mourning councils for the martyrs of the popular crowd.”
    Al-Jubouri added, "Sovereignty ignored the votes of more than 180,000 voters who supported his project in Diyala, but he has not submitted anything so far."
