A parliamentarian accuses "Al-Fayyad and Abu Fadak" of killing and absenting protesters, and attacks the crowd
Shafaq News/ On Sunday, the independent deputy, Sajjad Salem, accused the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyad, and the chief of staff of the authority, "Abu Fadak" al-Muhammadawi, of killing and absenting protesters during the "Tishreen" events.
Salem said in a tweet entitled "Weapons outside the framework of the state", seen by Shafak News Agency, that "defending the sacrifices of volunteers in the battle against terrorism requires leaders who are not implicated in corruption and bloodshed, and every reform in Iraq, peace and stability must first pass on an issue. Factions, companies, and the Popular Mobilization Committee, and the confinement of arms to the state alone, and it has no partner in that.”
He asked, "How can we trust leaders such as Abu Fadak and Al-Fayyad?", adding that "these names are accused by the Iraqi society, and we direct accusations against them of killing protesters, absenting some of them, and practicing forced deportation of others, as well as their weakening of the state and its institutions and their direct contribution to protecting the corrupt."
Salem continued, "The Popular Mobilization Authority, frankly, is an armed arm of all Islamic parties. It is the node now and the root of the problem that continues its current situation. Our society will not witness a democratic system, stability, or even elections in the future!"
