    The call of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to the Supreme Judiciary, to dissolve Parliament, opened the door to several scenarios for the Iraqi scene after nearly nine months of political stagnation, and kept the options for his rivals limited in the coordinating framework.


    The most prominent of these scenarios are the exclusion of framework figures from the political scene, the withdrawal of the Sudanese nomination from the race to form a government, and the renewal of Al-Kazemi’s government until new early elections are held, options that are very compatible with Al-Sadr’s ambition, but they are more like concessions from the framework to Al-Sadr, according to observers.






    Legally, the parliament itself is dissolved in accordance with Article 64 of the Constitution, which states that this parliament is dissolved by an absolute majority of its members, i.e. half of the total number plus one.

    As for the second method of dissolving the Council, it was excluded because the current government was to conduct business and was not formed by this parliament, that is, the presidents of the republic and the ministers are not entitled to submit the joint application according to the decision of the Federal Court

    . Parliament has lost legitimacy, which prompted it to demand the judiciary to issue a decision dissolving the House of Representatives without referring to what was mentioned in Article 61 of the Constitution, according to what some legal experts said.
