Today, Sunday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani finished assigning Judge Alaa Jawad al-Saadi to head the Integrity Commission, while Judge Haider Hanoun Zayer was assigned to carry out the duties of acting as head of the commission.
The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement, "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani finished today assigning Judge Alaa Jawad al-Saadi to head the Integrity Commission at his request," noting that he "appreciated his efforts in the previous stage."
He added, "Al-Sudani assigned Judge Haider Hanoun Zayer to carry out the duties of acting as head of the commission."
The Prime Minister affirmed, "The government's direction and continuation of efforts to combat corruption, recover looted Iraqi funds, and those wanted in cases of integrity, as this file has priority in the ministerial curriculum."
