His Excellency the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received today, Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at the Baghdad Palace, the former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.
Mr. President expressed his thanks to Dr. Al-Ajili for his kind congratulations, stressing the importance of exerting efforts and unifying visions among all in the service of Iraq and its people.[/size]

On the same day, he will receive the Ambassador of Spain , as did His Excellency the President of the Republic, Dr. Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid, at the Baghdad Palace, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain, Pedro Martinez.
The President stressed the strength and historical depth of relations between the two friendly countries, and the need to enhance cooperation towards broader horizons in all fields, pointing to the importance of coordinating efforts and positions on issues of common concern, especially in confronting terrorism and maintaining international security and stability.
In turn, the Spanish ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President for his interest in the continued development of relations between the two countries, stressing his country's keenness to strengthen the bonds of joint cooperation at various levels.[/size]
