    Shafaq News / The Prime Minister's office, Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, announced today, Wednesday, that it has sent a form to the House of Representatives that includes the representatives' evaluation of the governors in (13) governorates.
    A document received by Shafaq News Agency, issued by the Office of the Prime Minister and addressed to the Parliament - Parliamentary Affairs Department, showed a form for evaluating the members of Parliament for the governorate (Baghdad, Nineveh, Basra, Kirkuk, Diyala, Wasit, Anbar, Babel, Karbala, Najaf, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Muthanna).
    The document, titled Assessment of Governors and General Managers in the Governorates, requires the deputies to "fill out the data and information contained in the form about the governorate personally, and attach documents that support the required data wherever they are received, and inform us of the answer within (72) hours."
    The evaluation form included (6 paragraphs), the first related to the extent of the governor’s ability to make decisions, the second to his ability to address problems, the third to his role in encouraging investment in the governorate, the fourth to the extent of his delegation of powers, and the fifth to enable members of the House of Representatives to obtain information, and finally the recommendations of the deputy, while it included The deputies' estimates of the governors are indicators of "weak, medium, good, and very good," while the recommendation included relieving the governor, developing him, keeping him in office, or nominating him for a higher position. The form was appended with a request for the name and signature of the deputy.
    On Monday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani gave the general managers in his government a period of three months, after which he would reassess their performance. This came in an extraordinary session of the Council of Ministers, which witnessed the approval and vote on the government program.
    The Council of Ministers decided to form a committee from within the Council to seriously follow up on the implementation of the government program, in addition to forming sub-committees in each ministry to implement its plans and what is required of it within the framework of the government program.
    In light of defining the mechanism for implementing the government program and achieving its objectives, the Cabinet approved that the Ministry of Planning, independent bodies, entities not associated with a ministry, and governorates that are not organized in a region, commit to implementing projects and programs, in accordance with the government’s priorities contained in the ministerial platform in force, and according to specialization. The Ministry of Planning and the Ministry of Planning are also committed to Finance and the rest of the ministries by providing allocation and funding to implement the requirements of the government program and the operational and investment budgets.
