The State of Law Parliamentary Coalition bloc confirmed that the next legislative term will witness amendments to several laws that target retirees and employees.
The representative of the bloc, Muhammad Al-Saihoud, said that the next legislative term will witness amendments to the retirement law and those covered by the Social Security Law, in addition to amending the salary scale law in proportion to the benefits of this segment of Iraqi society.
Al-Saihoud added that amending the salary scale law is very important because it will achieve justice among state employees and will eliminate the differences in salaries between one ministry and another, and thus will ensure justice for all state employees, indicating that amending these laws is one of the priorities of the government program for the Sudanese service government.
