BAGHDAD / JD / .. Ministry of Commerce announced the registration of 139 Iraqi company during the month of August, as revealed for the assignment (237) Iraqi company to the forensic investigator for violating the provisions of the Companies Act.
The ministry said in a statement received / JD / copy of it: that the Angels Companies Registration Department at the ministry completed the registration of transactions (139) Iraqi company during the month of August.
She added that the department has issued several decisions concerning the amendment of contracts between the companies were distributed to increase the capital of the company and change the activity in addition to the decisions of the company to integrate and write off and liquidation of companies.
She noted that the department has audited final accounts for national companies braved the (1741) the company has also been hauling (237) Iraqi company to Investigating Judge for violating the provisions of the Companies Act as well as the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies and of (76) have also been studying the accounts of foreign companies the main center and adult (40) and the integration of the company accounts (36) and the liquidation of the company accounts (9) company.
And confirmed by the Companies Registration Department ratification of minutes of meetings Constituent Companies Ltd. for the same month above the (160) Company in addition to the ratification (42) minutes of the special meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies and the presence of a representative circuit for the meetings of the General Authority of (5) Company and the announcement of the meeting of the General Authority for (12) Joint Stock Company as the department's ratification of the resolutions of the General Authority for companies, people, Ltd.'s (1102) Inc. and modify contract (28), a limited company and the sale of shares (49) company and integrating (2) the company and liquidation (5) the company and write off (7) company. / Finished / 22 /
