    Shafaq News/ The Minister of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia, Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, agreed, on Thursday, to increase nearly 10,000 seats for Iraq's quota of pilgrims, according to what was announced by the Iraqi Presidency.
    And the presidency stated in a statement today that the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, in the Baghdad Palace, Al-Rabiah and his accompanying delegation.



    The Iraqi president referred to the strong relations between the two countries, and the need to strengthen them and develop joint cooperation in the field of investment in a way that achieves the mutual interests of the two peoples.
    Rashid stressed that Iraq is looking forward to increasing its share of pilgrims' seats in a way that is consistent with the population of Iraq.
    In turn, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced the response to the request of the President of the Republic to increase nearly ten thousand seats for Iraq's quota of pilgrims.
    Minister Tawfiq Al-Rabiah expressed his country's support for the security and stability of Iraq and its pivotal role in the region. He also affirmed the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to strengthen the bonds of bilateral relations between the two countries.
    And the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, arrived earlier today in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, at the head of a government delegation.
