    A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Representative Mudar Al-Karawi, confirmed today, Thursday, the release of pension differences within days.
    Al-Karawi said, in an interview with (Baghdad Today), that he "held an extensive meeting with the head of the Public Retirement Authority, Maher Hussein Rashid, to discuss various files related to the category of retirees and the families of the martyrs and wounded victims of terrorism."
    He added, "The head of the Public Retirement Authority confirmed that the pension differences and the accumulated salaries of retirees and victims of terrorism, including martyrs and wounded, will be disbursed for years (2020-2021-2022) in the coming days."
    He pointed out that "the release of the differences and the accumulated is very important after many months of waiting, especially as it relates to segments that suffer and are in dire need of their financial benefits."
