Today, Wednesday (May 15, 2024), Representative Amir Al-Mamouri published a document issued by the Supreme Judicial Council directing all courts to resolve pending state real estate lawsuits in the public interest.
Al-Mamouri said, commenting on it on his Facebook page, followed by “Baghdad Today”: “The Supreme Judicial Council begins preparing and cooperating with the Parliamentary Committee to preserve the encroached upon state property and real estate and issues circulars to resolve issues related to real estate, and this joint cooperation comes between the legislative and judicial authorities.” For the purpose of preserving public money and combating corruption.”
