Ending the displacement issue is one of the thorny issues that requires cooperation and concerted governmental efforts from all parties, especially since it is considered one of the governmental programs adopted by the government of Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, along with a number of other programs. The spokesman for the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, Ali Abbas, told Al-Sabah: The file of the return of the displaced is a government program, but it depends on several factors because it has many connections and has continued for 10 years.
