[size=45]And the statement continued, “The department violated the instructions for implementing the federal budget, and it spent without the availability of financial appropriation.”[/size]

[size=45]He pointed out, “The lists that were prepared secretly were signed in the names of three hospital employees without their knowledge, with similarities to the writings and signatures affixed to the purchase receipts, and the price offers that are supposed to have been issued by different parties.”[/size]
[size=45]And the statement added, “A team consisting of the office’s investigators moved to the Najaf Municipality Directorate and the Investment Commission in the province, and was able to set the priorities for the project to establish a residential complex through investment, after the executing company received the land for the project in the north of the province.” And he stressed, “The investment license issued by the National Investment Commission in Baghdad indicates that the project site is in the south of the province.”[/size]
