Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Oil Minister Hayan Abdul-Ghani revealed today, Wednesday, the allocation of (40) thousand residential plots for workers in the departments and companies of the Ministry of Oil in Basra Governorate.
And Abdul-Ghani announced in a press conference attended by the Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, "about the allocation of (40) thousand residential plots by the governorate administration for workers in the departments and companies of the ministry, extending over an area of (8000) dunums." Abdul-Ghani indicated, "the government and the ministry are keen
on Providing and improving the living conditions of workers in the oil sector, in a manner commensurate with their giving, work and achievement in support of the national economy and sustainable development.
