On Friday, the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Bloc, Vian Sabri, announced the postponement of the session to complete the vote on the budget materials until six in the evening.

According to a statement issued by the Media Department of the House of Representatives, the session was supposed to start at one o'clock on Friday afternoon, but field sources indicated that all the representatives had not yet arrived at the parliament building.
