The Minister of Industry and Minerals issues several decisions during the fourth meeting of the opinion board

[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The Minister of Industry and Minerals, Khaled Battal Al-Najm, issued today, Sunday, during his presidency of the fourth meeting of the Opinion Council for the current year, several directives to achieve the goals and directions of the ministry .
The ministry said in a statement, “The Minister of Industry and Minerals, Eng. Khaled Battal Al-Najm, chaired today, Sunday, the fourth meeting of the Opinion Council for the current year 2023, in the presence of agents, consultants, and general managers in the ministry's departments and public formations affiliated to it, to discuss the topics on the agenda.The statement confirmed, "The meeting included a review
of implementing the decisions of the third meeting of the commission and issuing a number of directives, including:
🟩 Increasing work meals for projects of importance to ensure speedy completion.
🟩 Granting letters of thanks and appreciation for distinguished and creative work and tasks that are accomplished outside the official working hours.
🟩 Granting priority is to increase the percentage of contribution to employees' salaries in order to achieve the goals of the government program and to form a committee from the administrative department and the economic department in the ministry under the supervision of the scientific advisor to prepare controls and a Mechanism for calculating the percentage of contribution for the purpose of approval.
🟩 Adhere to government regulations, instructions and laws when executing communications.
The meeting also dealt with discussing a number of issues and taking the necessary decisions in their regard, which included:
🟩 The issue of disengaging the Radwan factory from Al-Faris State Company and annexing it to the Samarra Pharmaceutical Company to announce it as an opportunity to establish a pharmaceutical industrial city in line with the government's approach to localize the pharmaceutical industry, and it was recommended to re-study the subject by the Industrial Estates Authority and Al-Faris State Company in coordination with the Samarra Pharmaceutical Company and obtain environmental approvals to transfer it to a pharmaceutical and food industrial city for the purpose of conducting administrative and legal procedures.
🟩 The subject of financial indicators for the Ministry's companies for the year 2022, and it was recommended to form a team to evaluate the reports submitted with guidance to develop realistic plans that can be implemented.
🟩 The establishment of scientific activities was proposed by the Industrial Research and Development Authority, and it was agreed to allocate the necessary amounts from the research and development account for the establishment of scientific conferences and the completion of scientific research by the aforementioned authority./ End p.[/rtl]
