    [size=45]His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Minerals, Mr. Manhal Aziz Al-Khabbaz, chaired today, Sunday, a special meeting to lay the foundations and steps for implementing the paragraphs and axes of the memorandum of understanding for industrial cooperation that was signed between Iraq and Lebanon at the beginning of this year, in the presence of the general managers of the economic, planning, investment, administrative and financial departments in the ministry and Al-Zawraa and Mining companies The Food and Drug Administration of Samarra, the Industrial Cities Authority, the Industrial Research and Development Authority, and a number of officials in the ministry.[/size]
    [size=45]His Excellency the Minister stressed the need to study all the details to come up with a working paper and reach specific points and a clear formula on how to take advantage of the capabilities available on the Lebanese side, especially with regard to industrial cities, training fields, pharmaceutical industries, medical supplies, electric power stations, transformers, food industries, packaging, solar energy and others for the purpose of discussing them with Those concerned during the upcoming visit to Lebanon to come up with a clear vision for the purpose of presenting it to the Prime Minister, His Excellency also stressed the need to train young cadres working in administrative matters to enable them to hold training courses for the Ministry’s employees and companies, in addition to preparing a capable cadre in the Planning Department to implement the tasks assigned to it to the fullest extent of the importance Planning for the success of institutions.[/size]
    [size=45]The meeting included discussions and deliberations on the articles and items included in the memorandum of understanding for cooperation and industrial partnership between Iraq and Lebanon and put forward opinions and suggestions from those present to prepare an integrated working paper that includes all aspects for the purpose of discussing and negotiating it with the Lebanese side[/size]
