Baghdad - Nas
The coordination framework assumes 3 possible scenarios behind the redeployment of US forces in the region and near the western borders, one of which is the assassination of leaders in the crowd. Studies centers within the "framework" that leads the government speak of a "near war" that may break out inside Iraqi territory or in surrounding countries.

The Shiite alliance is trying, in order to mitigate at least the consequences of what might happen, to raise the degree of rapprochement with the United States, despite the existence of some "cautions" and "counter-effects". Yesterday, a spokesman for the US Department of Defense (the Pentagon) denied what was being circulated in the local media and social media about US military movements inside Iraq.
The official confirmed, according to the American Al-Hurra channel, that "no such movements have taken place in the past few days, whether towards or inside Iraq."
The official indicated that the video clips circulating as being of American convoys "have nothing to do with the American forces."
And pages concerned with technology on social media revealed that some of the clips circulated recently took place in Afghanistan, not Iraq.
Websites had announced what they described as "zero hour" for the entry of US forces and the overthrow of the regime.
Pages on "Facebook" replayed an old video of former MP Faeq Sheikh Ali confirming his famous warning of a "coup" in 2024.
However, social networking sites are not the only ones that promote news of the war. News platforms close to the crowd reported news from undisclosed sources about American movements.
And those platforms stated that ground reconnaissance operations were conducted by the US forces near their military bases in western Anbar and on the Syrian border, "for the first time after a hiatus that lasted for years."
And it considered that the reconnaissance operation came to secure the convoys of US forces coming from the northern provinces towards the western regions and from there to the Syrian depth, indicating an imminent movement of the forces.
In the same context, Hassan Salem, the representative of Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq, claimed that 2,500 American soldiers entered Iraq.
Salem said in a press statement that "2,500 armed American soldiers entered Iraqi territory and settled in Ain al-Assad air base, in addition to the presence of military vehicles and warplanes."
He added, "More than two weeks ago, the American forces entered the Ain al-Assad base, and we do not know whether the entry of the forces was with or without the knowledge of the government."
In addition, the government decided to form a joint supreme committee to implement the outcomes of the dialogue with the international coalition to fight "ISIS", days after the return of a high-ranking military delegation from a visit to Washington.
Speaking about the details of the recent meeting of the Ministerial Council for National Security (which includes ministries and security and military institutions), military spokesman Yahya Rasool said, "a detailed briefing was conducted on the delegation's visit headed by Defense Minister Thabet al-Abbasi to Washington."
Rasool revealed that the delegation stressed in Washington that "there is no need for the presence of any foreign combat forces on Iraqi soil."
Prime Minister Muhammad al-Sudani said the same words during his meeting a few days ago with military leaders who participated in the liberation of Mosul.
The Ministerial Council approved, according to Rasoul's statement, the agreement of the Iraqi delegation with the American side to form a joint supreme committee with the international coalition.
The statement said that the committee will: "implement the outcomes of the joint dialogue, with directing the Army Chief of Staff to communicate with the leadership of the international coalition in Iraq to carry out the work of the bilateral committee."
A few days ago, the United States sent more than 3,000 American soldiers to the Red Sea on board two warships, in a major reaction from Washington after Iran seized two tankers, according to what the US Navy announced. And Agence France-Presse quoted a spokesman for the Fifth Fleet, Tim Hawkins, as saying that this movement of soldiers is in addition to efforts to "deter destabilizing activity, and calm regional tension resulting from Iran's harassment and seizure of merchant ships."
The ship sent to the Red Sea, USS Bataan, is described as an amphibious assault ship that can carry fixed-wing aircraft and a helicopter, in addition to landing gear.
The other ship, the USS Carter Hall, is a landing ship, to transport the Marines and their equipment and land them on the beach.
In light of these developments, sources close to the coordination framework suggest that "Washington may prepare for an attack similar to what happened in the airport incident," referring to the assassination of Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the former deputy head of the Hashd, and Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, in an American raid near Baghdad Airport in early 2021. .
These warnings come with the confirmation of those sources, "the imminent arrival of US forces to the regions of eastern Syria," which borders the western Iraqi borders.
And the sources add, "Maybe attacks by drones will escalate on crowd points near the borders, and they may target leaders."
It was leaked that the military delegation, which visited Washington recently, reaffirmed that the US forces were not targeted at home or on the borders by factions.
American parties accuse the "al-Nujaba" group, led by Akram al-Kaabi, one of the crowd organizations, of working against the American forces in the area separating the Iraqi and Syrian borders.
The other hypotheses that the "framework" expects is that what is happening is a prelude to "strike Iran through Israel."
And the sources continue: "Perhaps what is happening is a cover-up for the bombing of Iran, which is intended to be a quick, swift and effective strike."
In more extreme hypotheses, the sources do not hide that there are those within the "framework" who believe that "Washington may help in confusing the situation at home, similar to what happened during the ISIS era in 2014."
On this basis, the sources indicate that Iraq, and in order to reduce the pressure on it, is leaning towards the United States, "but not 100%."
The sources talk about the influences of Iran, which they described as "strong", which prevent Iraq from going towards Washington, and fears at home that the United States had helped "the entry of ISIS."
Meanwhile, Ihsan al-Shammari, head of the Center for Political Thinking, believes that the prime minister wants to achieve a "balancing policy" between his allies and the United States.
Al-Shammari says, "Muhammad al-Sudani is giving signals that he is committed to not leaving foreign combat forces, and on the other hand, he does not want Washington to lose."
Al-Sudani said at the beginning of this year that he did not object to the presence of US forces in Iraq indefinitely. According to an interview conducted by the Wall Street Journal with the prime minister.
Ihsan al-Shammari notes that the prime minister is under pressure "because one of the conditions for granting him the government is that he works to expel the American forces, even if they are in the capacity of advisers."
And the researcher in political affairs adds: "But the United States knows the critical situation that al-Sudani is going through, and it announced earlier that it would not leave Iraq."
Al-Shammari denied rumors about US interference and demands at home, such as "controlling the numbers of the crowd," and said that they were "inaccurate leaks."
