Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: Today, Friday, the Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of a number of people who insulted Iraq and the 40th visit ceremony.
A statement by the ministry said, “The Rumors Fighting Department warns users of social networking sites with weak souls who work to inflame public opinion by broadcasting and spreading gossip and rumors about such visits. Holy and convey a different image of Iraq and Iraqis.
The statement added, "A number of owners of clips that defame Iraq and the visit ceremonies have been arrested."
And the ministry called, according to the statement, to “report such cases through the numbers and hotlines affiliated with the ministry.”
