    Today, Monday, the House of Representatives completed the first and second reading of a set of laws.

    A statement by the Council, received by Al-Sumaria News, stated that “the first reading of the draft law ratifying the air transport services agreement between the government of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/47585/%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82/ar/]Republic of Iraq[/url] and the government of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/48006/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B3%D9%8A/ar/]Russian Federation[/url]” was completed, in addition to completing “the first reading of the draft law ratifying the strategic partnership treaty between the government of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/47585/%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82/ar/]Republic of Iraq[/url] and the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/47650/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81%D8%B1%D9%86%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]French Republic[/url].” .



    Parliament completed “the report and discussion (second reading) of the draft law on the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/47585/%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82/ar/]Republic of Iraq[/url]’s ratification of the Arab Convention to Prevent and Combat Human Cloning.”

    The Council also completed “the report and discussion (second reading) of the draft law on the accession of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/47585/%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82/ar/]Republic of Iraq[/url] to the statute of the International Dates Council.”
