    In the same context, he revealed the directive to prevent all types of transgressions on agricultural areas determined in advance because the water quotas are specific and carefully studied, with the aim of preventing any waste, revealing that the Ministry will face great difficulty during the watermelon planting season during the month of next June, in providing its first irrigation. However, there will be a great opportunity to provide subsequent irrigation if there is a good rainy season, which provides a good reserve of water for the country.
