The Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibas Al-Saadawi, announced on Thursday that Iraqi Airways had received the second B787-8 Dreamliner aircraft and officially joined the fleet of the Iraqi national carrier.
The Ministry of Oil stated in a statement received by Al-Aqsad News that “Minister of Transport Razzaq Muhaibas Al-Saadawi announces the receipt of the second Dream plane to officially join the Iraqi Airlines fleet.”
She added, "The plane has a flight range of up to 15,000 kilometers, a flight time of 18 hours, and a passenger capacity of 264 passengers, including 24 first class seats, and 240 economy class seats."
