    Information / Baghdad...
Hussein Al-Karaawi, a member of the Rights Movement, confirmed on Tuesday that the silence of Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi, as well as some politicians, regarding the Khor Abdullah file proves that there is collusion and receiving bribes in order to ignore this file at the expense of the interest of the Iraqi people.

Al-Karaawi told Al-Maalouma, “Proving good intentions on the part of some politicians requires issuing positions on their part regarding Khor Abdullah, especially the politicians who claimed that they had not received any sums from the Kuwaiti side in recent years in exchange for ignoring the border demarcation issue.”
He added, "The positions of some politicians on the Khor Abdullah file prove their complicity and their receipt of bribes from the Kuwaiti side in exchange for giving up their positions and not insisting on Iraq's right to Khor Abdullah."
He stated that "there are external parties working to move their tools inside Iraq, in addition to the Speaker of Parliament ignoring the Khor Abdullah file."
Al-Karaawi pointed out that “there is a shy silence accompanied by fear and subservience to the Kuwaiti side at the expense of the interest of the Iraqi people.” End 25 n.
