[size=45]The Iraqi government, headed by Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, announced on Sunday the agreement to establish a fixed system to process imported gas in the Al-Faw port in the south of the country.[/size]
[size=45]This came while Al-Sudani chaired, this evening, a meeting to discuss the steps taken to diversify the sources of gas operating power stations in Iraq, according to a statement issued by his office.[/size]
[size=45]During the meeting, the report of the delegation that recently visited the State of Qatar, headed by the Deputy Minister of Electricity, was discussed.[/size]
[size=45]The meeting concluded with an agreement to establish a fixed system to process imported gas in Al-Faw Port, implemented by the Ministry of Oil within the federal general budget. He directed His Excellency to complete discussions with the Italian consultant for Al-Faw Port to determine the location of this important project, within the area of the port, according to a statement by the media office of the President.
