    Information/Baghdad..
A source in Anbar Governorate revealed that the Taqadum Party, led by Speaker of the House of Representatives Muhammad al-Halbousi, has taken over the Eighth Brigade camp in Anbar to turn it into plots of land and a party headquarters for Taqadum.

The source said in a statement to the Maalouma Agency, “The Taqadum Party, which is led by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, which is in charge of managing the governorate’s affairs and security leadership, took over the site of the Eighth Brigade in the city of Ramadi, after the army forces withdrew from the brigade building outside the governorate by order of the concerned authorities, where Al-Halbousi paved the way for the theft of Al-Liwaa’s land, disposing of it, and turning it into an investment opportunity, amid the silence of the regulatory authorities and their failure to take any legal position.”

The source added, "Disagreements previously broke out between the Governor of Anbar, Ali Farhan Al-Dulaimi, and the former Anbar Operations Commander, Lieutenant General Nasser Al-Ghannam, against the backdrop of Al-Ghannam's objection to preventing the disposal of state property, which prompted Al-Halbousi to use his position and contacts to transfer Al-Ghannam out of the governorate so that he could control the site."
He explained that “the area of the Eighth Brigade is 300 dunams, and the site was referred for investment and assigned to an Emirati company under the direct supervision of Al-Halbousi,” explaining that “government sites were seized by Al-Halbousi, taking advantage of his control over the administration of the governorate’s affairs and the absence of any political competitor within the local government of Anbar, which is headed by the governorate.” Anbar and the leader of the Taqadum Party, Ali Farhan Al-Dulaimi, stressing that “efforts are being made to open the file of the land of the Eighth Brigade and the parties to paved the way for the disposal of its ownership.”

Meanwhile, sources indicate that a Federal Integrity team arrived from Baghdad to Anbar to investigate suspicions of corruption in the state real estate files in the Eighth Brigade and the presidential palaces.
Data indicate that Al-Halbousi followed the policy of the head of the Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, who confiscated the advanced headquarters of the Joint Operations Command in Kirkuk in order to convert it into a party headquarters. End / 25
